Your Weekly Radiant Practice

When managing the overload stops working, something else becomes possible.

For professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs who spend their days thinking, deciding, and carrying responsibility — and arrive most evenings running on empty

This isn’t about coping better with an unsustainable pace. It’s about changing how you meet the pace in the first place.

Most people arrive here because the old strategies — pushing through, managing stress, finding more resilience — have stopped working. Something deeper is asking to shift.

A weekly live practice of movement, breath and stillness — with a thread of coaching drawn from yoga’s philosophy — that helps your whole system settle, so clarity and steadiness become more available, even in a demanding life.

Your first session is complimentary. Email me at hello@realradiantlife.co.uk to receive it.

What this is

Not yoga for a workout. Not a quick way to switch off. Something that works underneath.

This is weekly, live, online practice that works with the whole of you — body, breath, attention, and the patterns that shape how you respond to your days.

Each 60-minute session combines:

  • Alignment-based movement — precision rather than flow or fitness, so the body can reorganise
  • Breath work that settles an overstimulated system
  • Guided stillness and attention that interrupts the habitual mental loops

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or any particular fitness level. The practice meets you where you are, and I guide you throughout — in both Sanskrit and plain English, explaining as we go.

Most people finish a session calmer, clearer, and more grounded — body and mind working together rather than against each other.

What it isn’t

  • Yoga as exercise or flexibility training
  • Meditation that soothes for an hour and then wears off
  • Spiritual practice requiring any particular beliefs
  • Another self-improvement technique to add to the list

It’s a steadier kind of work — the sort that changes not just how you feel in the moment, but how you meet everything: work, people, demands, uncertainty.

Who it’s for

This practice is for you if…

You’re a professional, entrepreneur or leader — someone who thinks for a living and carries responsibility — and you:

  • Feel mentally busy or overstimulated much of the time
  • Spend long stretches thinking, planning, problem-solving
  • Notice tension building in the body across the week
  • Want to feel well, focused and resourced, without forcing or exhausting yourself

You don’t need fixing. You need conditions that work with how you’re actually made.

This isn’t for you if

  • You want a high-energy workout or fitness class
  • You want trendy flows, loud music, or poses for the camera
  • You want pre-recorded videos to do whenever — this is live, and showing up is part of it
  • You’d rather not be guided or take feedback — I adjust based on what I see
  • You want something that asks nothing of you

If any of those are dealbreakers, this isn’t the right fit — and that’s completely fine.

What changes with practice

What regular practice gives you.

After a single session, most people feel noticeably calmer, clearer, less tight — and move through the rest of the day with more ease.

Over weeks and months, the change settles in. The things that used to spike you — demands, conflict, uncertainty — stop pulling the same reaction. You catch and release tension before it accumulates. Steadiness becomes more of a default and less of an effort.

People often tell me:

“I sleep better now — through the night, not just falling asleep exhausted.”

“I don’t snap at my kids, or my colleagues, the way I did.”

“I can think clearly even when everything around me is chaotic.”

“I didn’t realise how much energy I was losing to internal tension until it wasn’t there.”

This works because the practice addresses the whole system — not just stretching tight muscles, but easing the patterns that create the tightness. It’s yoga as a complete framework, drawn from principles refined over thousands of years. No prior experience needed.

This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about meeting your life from a steadier place.

About Rosaleen

I’ve spent over twenty years exploring one question: how do capable, accomplished people create lasting change without piling more techniques onto an already full plate?

My background spans embodied practice (alignment-based yoga), Clean Language and symbolic modelling, Wealth Dynamics and flow-based approaches to work, and training as an Appreciative Inquiry facilitator. What connects all of it is a deep respect for how people are actually made — and for creating the conditions where your own intelligence, body and mind, can guide what needs to shift.

In this practice, I help your mind settle and your attention return to the present, so you’re not running on overload. From there, movement and breath support the whole system. You’ll usually leave calmer and more focused, in a body that feels easier to live in. Over time it can feel like coming back to yourself — clearer in the head, more present in the body, better able to meet what the day asks.

— Rosaleen Bloomfield

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous yoga experience?

No. The practice is adaptable, and I guide you throughout. What you need is the willingness to be guided and to work at your own pace within that guidance.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and joining instructions. I’ll also send a reminder before each session you’re registered for.

Each live session is recorded and available for 6 days. Whether you attend live or watch the recording, it uses one class from your package.

This approach is designed to support regular practice, with flexibility around timing.

Yes, absolutely. Your class package can be used for either the Wednesday evening or Friday morning session, depending on what works for you each week.

Camera on is recommended so I can offer guidance and adjustments, but you’re welcome to keep it off if you prefer. Your comfort matters.

Please inform me before your first class, and let me know if anything changes (injury or pregnancy) while you’re attending. I can suggest modifications to support your body’s needs. If you have or develop a medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting or continuing the practice.

There are complimentary morning breathwork sessions available during the week.
They run at 7am on weekdays and 8am at weekends
People use them in different ways, depending on their schedule and what feels right at the time.

Yes. Private sessions are for people who need:

  • Practice tailored to specific injury, limitation, or body condition
  • Deeper attention to chronic pain or tension patterns
  • Work with insomnia, anxiety, or other nervous system challenges
  • Flexible scheduling outside standard group times
  • The space to go slower and explore what’s emerging

Private sessions are 75 minutes and use the same principles—alignment, breath, nervous system regulation—but everything is calibrated specifically to you.

Investment: £85 per session, or £400 for 5 sessions (£80 each).

Many people combine weekly group practice with monthly or quarterly private sessions—the group work maintains your baseline, and private sessions address specific patterns or go deeper when needed.

The Morning Practice

Begin the day before the day begins.

Most days start already mid-sentence — the inbox, the list, the people who need you. The Morning Practice is half an hour before any of that. A short live session to ground the body, settle the breath, and steady the mind before the day has a chance to take them.

It is gentle and unhurried. We open the body with a little simple movement, then move into the breath, and from there into a quiet, steadying stillness. You don’t need to know anything beforehand. Over time you learn the practice well enough to do it on your own — which is the point. It is yours to keep.

It is complimentary, and you are welcome whether you come every day or now and then.
