These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Real Radiant Life website and the purchase of any services offered by Rosaleen Bloomfield, trading as Real Radiant Life (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Services
Real Radiant Life offers the following services:
- The Blueprint Reading — a handprint analysis and 75-minute session
- The Genius Session — a Wealth Dynamics profile debrief and 60-minute session
- The Foundation — a combination of the Blueprint Reading and the Genius Session
- 1:1 Work — ongoing coaching and advisory work (terms agreed separately)
- Practice offerings — The Weekly Practice and The Daily Practice (subscription terms as stated at point of purchase)
2. Booking and payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions for the next steps, including session scheduling via Calendly.
For The Blueprint Reading and The Foundation, a handprinting kit will be sent to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to return the completed prints within the agreed timeframe before your session.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may be accommodated at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations:
- Cancellation with more than 7 days’ notice: full refund, less any postal costs incurred for a handprinting kit already dispatched
- Cancellation within 7 days of a scheduled session: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled session: no refund
- Non-attendance without notice: no refund

4. Our right to cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date. If an alternative cannot be agreed, a full refund will be issued.
5. The nature of our services
Our work is personal development and coaching in nature. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please consult a qualified professional.
Results from our work together depend on your own engagement and circumstances. We do not make guarantees of specific outcomes.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Real Radiant Life website — including text, images, and materials shared as part of our services — is the intellectual property of Rosaleen Bloomfield unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced, shared, or repurposed without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Real Radiant Life’s liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Website use
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is current at all times. Use of this website is at your own risk.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
